So I just wanted to say, that for a snack today (in place of my 120 calorie treat allowance) I ate half of a piece of pizza. Why am I so excited about this? Because I soooooo soooooo sooooo wanted the other half. But I pushed my way through it, even though I was starving and had a cup of plain pepermint tea instead. :)
Oh and I decided what to do with my reward system (see Tuesday, May 11 post). While, I do fit into a size 10, they're still snug. So I am not going to reward myself, until my size 10 pants fit comfortably.
Now I am going to eat dinner. On the menu: Veggie Stir Fry with rice noodles and a 1/4 of a chicken breast. Yumo!
