Last night's dinner

I made basa fillets topped with my mango/pineapple jam. I mixed a little bit of soy sauce with jam to make it more savory. I also cooked the fish with some onion. It was fabulous. The fish practically melted in my mouth! That's why it looks so messy, it was so tender it just fell apart.

I served the fish with my rice creation I had for lunch (rice with carrots, soy sauce and sweet chile sauce), well minus the avocado.

I am sure this dish could be made with orange marmalade and soy sauce ???
