A fabulous weekend and some more online finds!

3 Picnic Menus from Real Simple Magazine. It's supposed to get up to 100 degrees today, so maybe when it cools down a bit, I'll consider a picnic. :)

Cool Blog:
Healthy Eats: Read, Chicken Salad, Lightened Up. This would make a great addition to the picnic meals. I would probably make this with organic plain or Greek yogurt instead of light mayo.

Coupon:
Muir Glen Organic Tomato Sauce from Pillsbury $1 off. Plain tomato sauce and diced tomatoes is a staple in my home. I'm always on the lookout for a good deal on the organic varieties!
