My Meals for the Week:
Tonight: Quesadillas and Taco Salad
Tuesday: Pot Roast with Red Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions. (I love fall!)
Wednesday: BBQ Chicken and corn on the cobb
Thursday: Grilled chicken Salad
Friday: Dinner Out with In-laws
Saturday: Spaghetti
Sunday: ??
This weekend I also made and planned 8 days worth of lunches:
I placed each entree onto a cookie sheet and froze them, that way I could put several individual portions into one baggie!
Life update:
Josh and I are still in the home buying process. We've been interested in two different homes. I'll let you know the out come soon. Other than that, I've just been working.
Wednesday Weigh-In
Last Wednesday I weighed in at 170.8 :)
I'm still trying to get into the grove of exercising and cleaning with this new job, but it's still hard.
I gotta get off this thing, I have a date with the treadmill.

Great meal plan! I love your homemade frozen lunches! Awesome. Great idea to freeze them on a cookie sheet. I've never done that and always end up with a huge mess...
